We currently only deliver to Germany. If you live outside of Germany, send me a dm via Instagram or an e-mail to ameliesart@gmx.de.
Was kostet der Versand? / What does shipping cost?
Der Standardversand innerhalb Deutschlands ist kostenfrei. Es gibt jedoch auch die Möglichkeit der Sendungsverfolgung. Diese kann im Checkout bei der Versandart ausgewählt werden und kostet zusätzlich 4,45€.
Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge. However, there is also the option of shipment tracking. This can be selected in the checkout under the shipping method and costs an additional €4,45.
Wie lange dauert der Versand? / How long does shipping take?
In der Regel wird deine Bestellung innerhalb der nächsten zwei bis drei Werktagen versandt. Sie sollte innerhalb von 4-5 Werktagen bei dir eintreffen. Beachten Sie, dass an Sonn- und Feiertagen keine Zustellung erfolgt.
Your order will usually be dispatched within the next two to three days. It should arrive within 4-5 business days. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
